AquariumNeeds.in. ships live products through delhivery.com an organization specialized in delivering products with on time delivery with tracking through all their stages. DOA's must be reported within 6 hours for return to AquariumNeeds.in. for possible credit/replacement. Return of DOA animals may be required prior to a decision on credit or replacement.

AquariumNeeds.in. reserves the right to delay shipping if weather conditions are not favorable. Should this become necessary AquariumNeeds.in might contact you to reschedule or send your shipment when favorable conditions met. Again, this is to ensure the safety of the animal(s) which will always be the priority.
